SEANNAH HEAD
Just as nature exists effortlessly, we too have the innate potential to foster our own change and growth with the right conditions. A safe and nurturing environment can facilitate a collaborative unfurling of this transformation. I am passionate about creating a stable foundation within which individuals can unravel and unpack their emotions and experiences in the context of nurturance and care.
My integrative training at the University of Johannesburg enables me to flexibly tailor therapeutic approaches to each client's unique needs and context. I find fulfilment in working with clients across the lifespan, addressing challenges from birth to death.
My experience working in the Department of Health at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital and Helen Joseph Hospital in the roles of intern and community service clinical psychologist has refined my therapeutic interests in maternal mental health, trauma, and navigating life stage adjustments.
